Delete your Pauzenna account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Pauzenna, the fasting timer by Badas Software. You can do it in the app or by email. Either way, no justification is needed.

In the app (signed in with Apple or Google)

Open Pauzenna and go to Settings.
Under Account, tap your account (it shows your email address).
Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Apple or Google asks you to sign in once more, to confirm it is you.

The deletion happens right away. The app then starts over, empty, with a new user ID.

By email (not signed in, or no longer have the app)

If you never signed in, your fasts are kept under an anonymous user ID, and the cloud copy is deleted on request:

In the app, open Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap User ID to copy it. (No longer have the app? A backup file you saved works too, or tell us the Apple or Google account you signed in with.)
Write to support@pauzenna.app with the subject “Delete my account” and include that ID.

We delete everything under that ID within 30 days and confirm by reply. To remove the data on your phone as well, uninstall the app.

What is deleted

Your fasts (start, end, goal length and time zone), from the cloud copy and from the phone.
Your user ID and, if you signed in, the sign-in account with its email address, and with Google also the profile name and photo link.
On iPhone, Pauzenna’s Sign in with Apple access is revoked.

What is not deleted

A subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their rules, and RevenueCat keeps its record of the purchase under its policy.
Crash reports and performance data (kept by Sentry for up to 90 days) and anonymous usage statistics (kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months) are not linked to your user ID and are discarded when those periods end.
Backup files and CSV exports you saved yourself stay wherever you put them.
